Purchasing a travel insurance policy provides peace of mind and, depending on the level of cover you purchase, may cover you for/against the following items.

Snow & Surf Travel Co. acts as a booking agent for the persons, wholesalers or organizations providing or offering the means of travel, accommodation, boat charters, ski lifts or services detailed in brochures or invoices and as such cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay or any other irregularity outside of our control. All travel documents are non transferable.
Travel documents may be subject to certain conditions and/or restrictions including (without limitation) being non refundable, non changeable and subject to cancellation and /or amendment fees. All travel documents are non transferable.
All airline tickets must be issued in the name of the passport/photo identity holder. Airline carriers can deny carriage if the name varies in any way and the booking may be cancelled as a result.
It is the client's responsibility to collect all travel documents from us prior to day of travel. Please contact your consultant the day before collection to confirm that the travel documents are ready for pickup.
Travel Insurance is strongly recommended for both International and Domestic Bookings. A policy should be taken out at time of booking to ensure cover immediately. Snow & Surf Travel Co. can arrange this cover for you on your behalf.
Cancelled Bookings can incur charges up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced or not. We are unable to provide a refund to you until we receive the funds from the relevant supplier ( i.e. Airline, Wholesaler, etc.)
Any changes to a domestic airline ticket will incur a minimum reissue fee plus the difference of the fare from that originally booked to that upgraded to.
You must give 24 hours notice to the airline or the fare is non refundable. Any changes to an International Air Ticket will incur a minimum $50 change fee (by the agent) plus any airline reissue fees which will vary according to the restrictions and flexibility of the ticket purchased.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a current (at least 6 months validity from the date of entry) and valid passport, as well as any visas and re entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility.
We can assist in acquiring relevant visas and necessary travel documents from an external visa advisory service provider on your behalf. Fees will apply for this service. The possession of such documents is solely the client's responsibility.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have undertaken any necessary health requirements as recommended for those travel destinations. You should also check to see whether you carry all necessary vaccination documentation.
We do not accept any liability for the acts, omissions or default whether negligent or otherwise of third party providers over whom we have no direct control. We do not accept liability for any injury, damage, loss delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements.
Credit card surcharges (Bankcard/Visa/MasterCard 2%, Amex/Diners Cards 3%)will apply when paying by credit card. If for any reason a travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, you should claim directly against the provider and not against Snow & Surf Travel Co. In the event that payment has been made to Snow & Surf Travel Co. by Credit Card, you agree that you will not seek to charge back your payment to Snow & Surf travel Co.
