SILVER STAR
Silver Star resort is located on a sunny plateau of the Okanagan Highland, a scenic
14km drive from Vernon. The mountain has two distinct faces with immaculately groomed cruising runs on the Vance
Creek side and the thrilling black diamond runs of the Putnam Creek side. The focal point of Silver Star is
the colourful mid-mountain village, built in the style of an 1890's western Canadian frontier town. The many
other winter activities on offer include ice-skating, snowshoeing, tubing, snowmobiling and Nordic skiing. A
dual mountain lift pass allows you to ski both Silver Star and Big White.
