USA

In the USA there are many great places to ski and snowboard and each experience is quite unique.

You can expect high levels of service, friendly and enthusiastic staff, meticulously groomed runs and spacious, high quality accommodation no matter where you hit the snow in the states.

The altitude of the Rocky Mountains on the west coast ensures ultra light, dry and consistent powder and provides wonderful snow conditions throughout the winter season.

Californian resorts boast a warmer climate and are in close proximity to Los Angeles - you could hit the surf in the morning and then the snow in the arfternoon! Resorts include Heavenly Ski Resort, Mammoth Mountain and Squaw Valley.

Colorado resorts capture the spirit of the old west and include Aspen Snowmass, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, Steamboat, Telluride, Vail and Winter Park.

Idaho resorts include Sun Valley, one of the USA’s oldest and most well known resorts.

New Mexico resorts include Taos, which offers exceptional skiing with huge open bowls and pine tree covered glades. Note: Taos Resort does not currently permit snowboarding.

Utah hosted the 2002 Winter Olympics and is powder central in the states. Resorts include The Canyons, Park City and Snowbird.

Wyoming is the place for advanced skiers and boarders. Resorts include Jackson Hole.
